Service Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. To provide the best possible experience for all customers, we have outlined the following cancellation policy for our services:

  1. General Cancellation
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service.
    • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 25% cancellation fee may apply.
    • Same-day cancellations or "no-shows" will be charged 50% of the service fee.
  2. Rescheduling
    • You may reschedule your service once at no cost if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Multiple rescheduling requests may be subject to availability and additional charges.
  3. Weather-Dependent Services
    • For outdoor services (e.g., Adventure Videography/Photography, Snow Removal, Car Wash), cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions will not incur a fee.
    • In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest possible time.
  4. Refunds
    • Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 5–7 business days after the cancellation, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
    • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or missed appointments.
  5. Provider Cancellations
    • In rare circumstances, if we must cancel a scheduled service (due to weather, emergencies, or other factors), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
